The staff was helpful and polite. My room was comfortable and clean. The beds were also comfortable. I was moved into a more spacious room, which reflected what I thought I had booked.
The hotel was renovating. There were uncovered wires and rubble on the floor. It was not very cute.

i found a problem with the bathroom. the shower door would not close properly. it felt it was about to fall off. also, the air conditioning made a lot of noise it did not cool the room enough.

the location was excellent, very close to the train station. the staff was helpful. i found the room to be clean. we loved its proximity to the train station! the staff's support really stood out.
The shower was small, which i found a bit inconvenient. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable. The windows didn't seem very soundproof. it did affect my sleep, a little. these issues were the main drawbacks.
